Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist Location : San Antonio, TX - 100% onsite Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to support end-to-end marketing campaign execution.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise and marketing savvy to enhance engagement and optimize the effectiveness of our digital campaigns.
You’ll leverage HTML / CSS coding, data-driven insights, and campaign management tools to create impactful communications that reach and resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities : Execute and support digital marketing campaigns, including HTML / CSS coding, audience segmentation, quality assurance, and deployment.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance based on engagement data. Manage and report on digital campaign metrics to assess engagement and effectiveness across various audience segments.
Develop email communications that ensure optimal message delivery, frequency, and impact for both marketing and real-time campaigns.
Responsible for email HTML / CSS code, testing, scheduling, deployment, and managing deliverability and opt-outs. Maintain and update email templates, adhering to design principles and organizational branding standards.
Support the organization’s digital marketing objectives and core values through any other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science / Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing / email campaign execution, implementation, testing, analytics, and planning.
Proficiency in HTML / CSS coding. Strong skills in editing, proofreading, and composition. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar email / data automation platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and experience with sales data interpretation. Working knowledge of SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping, aggregation, common table expressions, and conditional filters.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
