Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, craft cocktails, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking talented and personable Bartenders to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy crafting memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and wine to guests with consistency and precision
Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service at the bar and in the dining room
Engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere
Maintain bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotation of supplies
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurants
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service
