Commercial Client Operations (CCO) is one of the largest divisions in the Commercial Bank, this team’s scope is horizontal across the bank and as such it supports numerous critical processes and transactions.

One of the most impactful groups within the CCO team is the Process Optimization team.
Process improvement or redesign initiatives, and make recommendations on changes. Collect and analyze data for supporting recommendations and manage formal process documents.
Lead Project teams and broader enterprise initiatives to represent business for changes that may impact department processes.
General Responsibilities :
Be a trusted partner collaborating through internal consulting engagements that are impactful to cost, quality and delivery
Redesign and optimize workflows / processes utilizing analytical Lean Six Sigma principles / tools
Act as a servant leader to teach, facilitate and coach Commercial Bank associates and leaders to achieve breakthrough improvements
Plan and Lead process improvement initiatives to completion
Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes;
escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify / involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns
Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)
Collaborate on larger initiatives, including representing departments on broader change control forums for input and to represent department interests;
may challenge forum decisions if project outcome impacts department processes. May participate in cross-functional project teams, including projects driven by other parts of the organization, to provide input, liaise with training, and partner with groups on execution efforts
Coach and train junior PM levels on processes, performance targets and goals
Provide customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes they manage; may deliver presentations, including up to the executive level
Ability to lead workshops to creatively design / facilitate solutions
Ability to teach tools to your project team and the larger organization including why and how we use them
Ability to work at a minimum on 3 or more projects at a time varying in size and complexity
Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of process improvement experience
At least 3 years of experience managing project teams and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
1+ years of experience with data mining and analytical software (Minitab, Tableau, SQL, R, Snowflake)
2+ years of experience in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Six Sigma Certification, Lean, Change Management or Agile certification

This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting.
Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
