Honda of Mahwah is seeking a full-time F&I Manager to add to our growing team. Candidates for this opportunity must have Automotive F&I Experience with a proven track record of high performance and outstanding CSI.
Honda of Mahwah is one of the highest volume dealerships in New Jersey, so this individual must be able to thrive within a fast-paced, competitive atmosphere and adhere to Planet Honda's proven F&I process.
Job Description :
The Finance Manager is required to review each customer's credit application, present financing options, and prepare the delivery paperwork.
Because this is a customer-facing sales position, the ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and positive attitude, along with an expertise of building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities :
- Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
- Present service contracts, GAP and other beneficial ancillary programs
- Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
- Achieve monthly goals for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
Qualifications :
- CDK experience is preferred
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Self-motivated and high-energy personality
- Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Benefits :Schedule :
Monday to Saturday (day off during the week)
