Job Summary And Responsibilities Provides oversight of the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift including serving as a resource to staff, directing patient flow, assuring appropriate utilization of resources, and providing oversight for the provision of quality care in a manner satisfying to patients. The employee will support the organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital wide performance improvement plan. #RN@DH Minimum Job Requirements Experience Excellent Written And Interpersonal Communication Skills AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Basic Computer Skills Advanced Cardiac Life Support (in monitored areas) within 9 months of hire - American Heart Association Preferred Pediatric Life support (PALs) or ENPC obtained within 12 months of hire - American Heart Association BLS - American Heart Association Two years recent ED Preferred Charge Nurse Experience BSN Where You'll Work At Dignity Health's Arizona General Hospital, we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health, social and support services in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona.
