Signature Homes is currently seeking a Designer in our Nashville, Tennessee market. The Designer will be a part of a team environment as a member of one of our construction site communities.

We are looking for a design and customer service-minded team player! This role requires someone who will take ownership of the customer experience and who can guide homeowners to create a beautiful and well-designed new home.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone who constantly strives to surpass expectations, delivering world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will be able to focus on multiple tasks at once and possess keen attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.

Responsibilities :

• Lead design appointments
• Deliver WOW through world-class customer service
• Run and schedule appointments
• Walk all homes under construction and check installations
• Provide updates to homeowners throughout the construction process
• Produce accurate and timely paperwork

Qualifications :

• High school diploma
• 2-3 years design field and / or customer service experience highly preferred
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior customer service experience in the retail home furnishing industry, home improvement retailer, or furniture and décor retailer is highly preferred
