Experience scaling design systems with AI features. Track record of transforming workflows in AI-first organizations. Familiarity with agile practices in fast-paced environments. Mission and Goals
We seek a Lead Product Manager – Design Systems to define and develop a unified design system across Gen's brands, supporting our AI-first strategy. This role involves creating components, patterns, and tools that enable teams to build intelligent, adaptive experiences, leveraging AI to enhance design, development efficiency, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategic vision and roadmap for Gen’s design system, emphasizing AI-driven experiences.
- Partner with AI, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to integrate intelligent components and adaptive UX frameworks.
- Establish governance structures ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance, especially in AI contexts.
- Champion adoption and advocate for the design system’s AI capabilities across teams and leadership.
- Lead discovery cycles with customers to refine the system for AI readiness and evolving practices.
- Define success metrics, track outcomes, and report to senior leadership.
- Mentor contributors and foster a culture of AI-first thinking and design excellence.
- Shape components, tools, and documentation for AI-enabled interfaces and workflows.
- Stay informed on advancements in design systems, UX innovation, and collaborative development.

Salary Range : $218,300 - $258,200. Compensation includes base salary, potential bonuses, and benefits. Actual offers depend on experience, location, and market factors.
