Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the MedSurg, IMC and ICU units.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications :
- Active Texas RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
