Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - SNF
Shift : Variable Days / 8 : 30a-5p or 7a-3 : 30p, 8x5 40hrs / week, Tues-Sat
Length : 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend day required per pay period
Holiday Requirement : per our hospital policy - 1 holiday of (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Eve)
Requirements : CA license

2 years' experience
Must haves : Acute care and / or Skilled Nursing Facilities, orthopedic, general surgery, generalized debilitation, stroke, cardiac surgery
Charting System EPIC
of patients treated per day : "6 hours of direct patient care
Generally 6-7 sessions are scheduled (3-4 patients)"
Common diagnosis / Types of patients : "Orthopedic, general surgery, cardiac surgery generalized weakness and deconditioning from hospital stay, pneumonia / sepsis, CHF "
