What youll be doing :
- Serve as the technical lead for critical product areas, helping to build scalable solutions for compensation planning, employee rewards, and more.
- Collaborate with customers to incorporate feedback into the product development process.
- Develop full-stack solutions that meet the demands of high-growth startups and enterprises.
- Work closely with the team in San Francisco, being on-site 4+ days per week to drive technical innovation.
Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience, ideally in senior or staff-level engineering roles.
- Experience working at scale, ideally in Series C companies or beyond.
- Customer-obsessed mindset, with a strong focus on delivering impactful products.
- Full-stack engineering experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco.
