Available Shifts :

• Day Shift : 7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 00 p.m.
• Evening Shift : 3 : 00 p.m. 11 : 00 p.m.
• Night Shift : 11 : 00 p.m. 7 : 00 a.m.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, and act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements :

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
