Available Shifts :
- Day Shift : 7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 00 p.m.
- Evening Shift : 3 : 00 p.m. 11 : 00 p.m.
- Night Shift : 11 : 00 p.m. 7 : 00 a.m.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, and act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Requirements :
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
