Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in the Aberdeen, MD area.

This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental tests for new and / or modified products or product components.
• Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
• Provides technical support and advice to other engineering groups.
• Devises and applies testing procedures for parts or sub-assemblies received from outside vendors.
• Participates in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or other scientific or technical discipline
• 2+ years of relevant test engineering experience within the last 5 years

Security Clearance Requirements :

• Active Secret
• Ability to obtain a TS / SCI

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $66,800-$111,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
