The primary purpose of this position is to support the Sr. Manager Supply Chain Operation Excellence to deliver overall project goals on time and in budget.

This senior analyst will perform ad-hoc analyses to support key business initiatives. Works under minimal supervision and exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Analyzes and reports on the impact of current or proposed solutions. Assists in driving change as needed. Is specifically responsible for supporting process definition, system testing, training, and liaising across departments for assigned projects.From your

to oursKey responsibilities for this position include : Builds productive internal / external working relationships to work collaboratively and ensure alignment with subject matter experts on areas of focus for continuous improvment.

Resolves moderately complex issues, supports technical and operational processes in SAP and with coman partnersReceives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignmentsRecommends streamlined processes and process improvements to senior staff members.

Assists in driving change as needed.Collaboration on priorities : Work closely with Sr Manager, Supply Chain Operational Excellence to ensure that priorities of work, key milestones, and road-blocks as well as wins are clearly communicated and tracked.RequirementsFrom your

to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following : Education and ExperienceB.S. in SC Management or related fields3+ years in supply chain functions, CPG industry experience preferredExperience with SAP, SAP BW / AFO is a plusKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong collaboration skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProcess improvement mindsetStrong ability to assess problem situations, identify root causes and propose recommendationsStrong organizational skillsHighly developed problem solving and prioritization skills that will be demonstrated by the successful and timely completion of assignments.
