Essential Functions
- Receives / reviews / coordinates work orders for the following Maintenance and testing of fire protection equipment Provide / oversee preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment Understand / oversee operation / maintenance of chiller plant (pumps, tower, Maintenance of heating / cooling of office areas Operation of energy management system and control systems Maintenance / repair of electrical systems Understand / oversee maintenance / repair of domestic water system, pumps, water heaters, drainage system Moves / changes / meeting setups and special events setups Ability to work with vendors directly

Qualifications & Competences
- High school diploma / GED required.
- 3 years of hands-on experience required.
- Knowledge for basic qualifications acquired through schooling, seminars and on-the-job training.
- Systems Maintenance Administrator designation from BOMA helpful.
- Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports, procedure manuals, blue prints and schematics.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of energy management systems / HVAC / electrical / plumbing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
Physical Demands
This position involves use of a computer and office equipment. May involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching; will involve the use of ladders and other equipment.
Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
