Minimum Requirements
Qualification Standards :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
- 3-5 Years Retail shopper marketing experience as well as promotional sales program execution experience required.
- Strategic thinking ability and creative development to bring breakthrough ideas to build brand in market
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, detail oriented, and work well under pressure
- Superior customer service focus
- Working knowledge of basic PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel nationally up to 75+% and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- A "can do" attitude with a strong drive for result
