Location : SAN ANTONIO, TX
Schedule : Weekends Off
Salary : $650 - $850 per week
Job Description : As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication.
This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to develop their skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
