Technical Sales Executive
The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for growing and maintaining sales revenue in their territory by sharing and transferring their biotech and / or pharmaceutical experience and related Micronova products and services with customers and potential customers.
This includes Micronova distributors as well as end user customers buying from Micronova distributors.
The Technical Sales Executive would participate in sales calls with the current Sales Team for North America, Europe, and Pacific Asia when technical expertise may be advantageous to the customer discussion.
The incumbent will contribute ideas and feedback to the Product Development and Marketing Teams with a customer focus.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Consult with end users to provide solutions for new or existing cleaning applications featuring Micronova products or services.
- Transition knowledge from biotech or pharmaceutical experience to customers as needed.
- Help customers identify easier, faster, more ergonomic, and best practices regarding cleaning in controlled environments.
- Seek opportunities and relationships at new accounts.
- Maintain long-term relationships at existing accounts and establish new product opportunities within.
- Represent Micronova Inc. in the field through end user and distributor interaction.
- Provide product demonstrations and training.
- Request and identify new product ideas as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Attend distributor and end-user shows to promote Micronova products.
- Follow up with end users on samples, quotes, and training.
- Schedule meetings, virtual and / or in-person, with end users and / or distributor representatives to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications :
- Experience in a BioTech or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Site
- Familiarity with Micronova products and their end-user markets
- Familiarity with Micronova distributors and corresponding product lines
- Strong written communication skills
- Independent worker with strong planning skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, positive can do outlook with a clear focus on deliverables
- Logical, structured thinker who critically assesses his / her performance
- Eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts

- Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications :
- B.A. or equivalent educational experience
- Experience working in or around cleanrooms in Biotech or Pharmaceutical production
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Experience as an end user or sales rep in the scientific market
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Excel, Powerpoint
- Insight of process improvement techniques
