Job Description :

CERNER EXPERIENCE A MUST PALS IS REQUIRED . MUST BE ABLE TO CARE FOR NON CRITICAL PEDS Agency will invoice the Hourly rate for all hours.

Hospital may call off up to 3 shifts per 13 week period, in order to adapt to changes in census. . . Any hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day will be invoiced at 1.5x

Will also be required to float to Skilled nursing Dept

Overtime Policy :

If the All Inclusive Hourly Rate in the Medefis Platform is / hour or less, Table 1 applies. If the Hourly Rate is or greater, Table 2 applies :

TABLE 1 : Bill Rates up to / hour

The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours / week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus / hr.

The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 12 hours in a single day shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus / hr.

The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus / hr.

The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting.

The call-back rate shall be equal to the holiday rate

Note : For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice MMH the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift. There is no elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12.

The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch. It is acceptable and encourage to provide updates but please send compliance all at the same time once completed.
