Digital Product Manager Senior--Mobile Wallet

As a Digital Product Manager Senior within PNC's Mobile Wallet team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Birmingham, AL, Columbus, OH, Houston, TX or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

As a Digital Product Manager Senior on the Digital Mobile Wallets team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class digital experience for PNC debit and credit cardholders within the PNC Mobile app and beyond.

This will encompass leading card feature / functionality user experiences within PNC's digital mobile app from initial creation through final deployment.

You will also support new PNC emerging payment capabilities including Paze, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets.

You will work as product owner on a development team and will need to collaborate with many teams across the enterprise to drive an enhanced digital experience for these customers.

You will work closely with experience designers, product owners, developers, scrum masters, line of business and other stakeholders, software service managers, and risk governance partners.

Job Description

• Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
• Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences.

Supports business case development.

• Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
• Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals.

Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.

Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.
