Senior Construction Project Manager
The ideal Senior Project Manager candidate will have a demonstrated track record of planning, design, communication, coordination and conflict resolution to ensure that construction project goals are met.
Applicants should have experience leading commercial ground up, new construction projects valuing $10-60 Million from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle through project completion
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Lead the project team
- Oversee planning and execution of the contracted scope of work, preparation and presentation of cost proposals, preparation of subcontracts, submittal and schedule management, project budget management, and maintenance of job cost reports.
- Review and approval of design and construction drawings, bid documents, pay applications, change orders, etc.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of construction project management experience at a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree (Construction Management preferred)
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6
- Experience with ground up, new construction with a variety of project types (preferred Mixed Use Multifamily, Assisted Living, Storage, Office, Institutional)
