The Sales Support Specialist will be the lead internal contact for our sales partners and will work to improve departmental efficiencies and competencies.
This position is responsible for creating and managing rebates, commissions and other sales-related processes.
Key Responsibility :
Review and reply accordingly to all sales inquiries, verbal or written, and alert all appropriate areas of the business that could impact incoming orders or customer relationship.
Maintaining accurate documentation of such communication.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong internal relationships. Requires ability to navigate complex exchanges
- Communicate with the sales associates any information that could impact the partnership with the client.
- Manage and make decisions that hold the company accountable for the admission of customer rebates which includes processing and reporting for rebates and commissions.
- Prepares activities reports using required systems and software for the needs of management.
- Understands and utilizes all necessary software (SAP, Dynamics, Microsoft Office, Customer Portal) by continually learning through experience and training.
- Assist with yearly tradeshows. Process all orders / labor, all sample products, banners, and shipping to site.
- The duties may include high profile projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as sales support or administrative assistant
- Experience in SAP
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience
