Job Description
The Digital Production Designer supports Moneta’s Marketing team by creating and managing digital content across platforms.
Working on-site in our St. Louis office, this role involves designing graphics, updating social media visuals, creating email templates, and ensuring the consistency and quality of all digital outputs.
Essential Responsibilities
- Designs and updates social media graphics to reflect current content and campaigns.
- Creates and manages email templates, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective.
- Designs print and digital materials such as collaterals, banners, social media posts, business cards, one-pagers and advertisements incorporating team feedback and edits.
- Designs and lays out web pages, ensuring a user-friendly experience, basic CMS knowledge, especially WordPress.
- Performs and manages basic photography and video capture, as well as editing for social media, email campaigns and website.
- Organizes and maintains advanced digital asset management and organization skills.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital efforts.
- Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices, spearheading new ideas and technologies into the design process.
- Follows best practices in executing and managing projects so that deadlines and budgets are met.
- Supports quality assurance of all marketing projects.
- Fosters an environment of open, honest, and timely communication.
- Ensures the vision and core values of Moneta are incorporated into the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
- 3 or more years of experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment; ideally in a financial services firm
- Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital content
- Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and WordPress
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI platforms such as Co-pilot
- Working proficiency in a project management tool such as Trello or ClickUp
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing principles
- Knowledge of video production and multimedia content creation
- Familiarity with UI and UX principles
