This is a Hybrid position, 2 days in office required. Must be in 35-mile footprint of 4224 Ridge Lea Rd Amherst, NY 14226

Job Brief : Responsible for creating and reviewing commercial loan documentation, ensuring data accuracy, mitigating risk, and adhering to compliance and legal regulations. This role also involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Working knowledge of business requirements of clients and loan related transactions and other related applicable products in a high-volume environment.

Basic to Intermediate understanding of role specific systems utilized which requires strong data integrity and attention to detail.

Independently manage assigned work with limited oversight from manager; aid others as time permits.

Prepares internal Laser Pro Lending (LPL) documents and facilitates Quality Verification once proficient on all document package types.

Essential Job Functions :

• Prepare and review Commercial Loan Documentation for several different lines of business
• Ensure accuracy of data throughout documentation
• Multitasks in an environment with competing priorities
• Mitigate risk by ensuring all regulatory and compliance is adhered to while preparing documentation packages
