Grant Researcher

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Volunteer Grant Researcher to help us identify funding opportunities that will sustain and grow our programs. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, passionate about education, and eager to contribute to meaningful nonprofit work.

Responsibilities :

Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.

Maintain a database of potential funders with deadlines, requirements, and key contacts.

Summarize eligibility criteria and funding priorities to help guide proposal writing.

Work closely with the Executive Director and grant writing team to share research findings.

Qualifications :

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent written communication skills.

Familiarity with nonprofit work or grant funding is a plus, but not required.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Time Commitment : Flexible and remote.

Approximately 10 - 15 hours per week (can be adjusted based on your availability).
