THE GIST :

Our client, a fast-growing AI company, seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to support their General Counsel. This role will act as a trusted partner and extension of their executive, while ensuring the smooth operations of their day to day administrative needs. The ideal candidate has supported senior & C-level executives at a high-growth and fast-paced tech company.

This is a great opportunity to act as a strategic partner to a senior executive at an impressive company!

THE NITTY GRITTY :

• Develop keen sense on how to best optimize executive's time & determine priorities
• Act as a stellar representative of the company & executive during all interactions
• Expertly coordinate executive's calendar, addressing any conflicting appointments and sending reminders
• Handle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
• Spearhead a wide range of internal and external communications
• Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare itineraries
• Create presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
• Plan & execute company events and meetings
• Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed

LOCATION : San Francisco (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

COMPENSATION : $180k to 200k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
