Requirements :
Managing the sales and customersupport team across Americas. Senior partner of the management inthe territory. Coach mentor and develop team.
Monitor and report on all sales activity and results. Prepareannual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (yearend forecast) bycustomer product and territory.
Explore anddevelop new business opportunities / market segments within histerritory; Increase sales growth and maximize marketpotential.
Selects appropriate sales staff toensure smooth growth to support companyobjectives
Education / Experience :
Bachelor s degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus
10 years of experience with significantexperience in sales at a senior level
Strongbusiness / finance background and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent personalrelationships
