Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs / NAs for our Kaneohe location. This is a full-time, salary position in the healthcare / medical field.
The individual will provide direct care and support to our senior clients, helping them to maintain a high quality of life.
The position offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and flexible hours to accommodate a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to senior clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
- Assist with medication management, as directed by a registered nurse or other healthcare professional
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the caregiving team
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements :
- Current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
- At least 1 year of experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
