Overview

Join the team for this exciting addition to the Oklahoma City landscape as the Executive Assistant. It is a great opportunity to showcase your organizational and administrative skills as you provide support to the Resort General Manager.

This individual must also help manage the Executive Team, including assisting with travel and meeting schedules. The pace will be brisk as pre-openings activities go into overdrive in advance of the resort’s March 2025 opening.

This individual will become one of the faces of the resort, working closely with team members, resort guests, and corporate executives.

The OKANA Resort is part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality company that offers career opportunities and has a steadfast commitment to putting people first.

QUALIFICATIONS : High school graduate or equivalent. Hospitality Industry experience is preferred. Some experience in a professional, corporate legal office environment.

Proven experience as a direct support to the resort's top executive. Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, Excel and Power Point.

Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations. Excellent problem-solving skills & highly motivated self-starter.

Other Skills Required : Paralegal experience & proficiency Oral & written communication Sound decision making ability Professional phone etiquette Treat all hotel team members with dignity and respect Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $60,000.
