Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain compliance with FAA Part 135 personnel requirements and administer the drug and alcohol testing programCommunicate with external parties for record retrieval and verification related to DOT / FAA employment checksExecute drug and alcohol tests and assist with FAA reporting and auditsRequired Qualifications3-6 years of experience administering an FAA-regulated drug and alcohol testing programExperience as a Designated Employer Representative (DER) for a safety-sensitive workforceKnowledge of 49 CFR Part 40 and 14 CFR Part 120 drug and alcohol program testing requirementsExperience with managing pre-employment screening vendorsFamiliarity with the Google Suite and training records management tools
