Job Summary

Join our team as a Spa Wellness Specialis t at the exclusive Delta One Lounge in JFK Airport, where you will provide top-tier relaxation and rejuvenation services to luxury travelers.

This role is perfect for NY state-licensed Massage Therapists or Estheticians passionate about delivering exceptional spa treatments in a high-end environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform spa treatments with exceptional care and attention, adhering to the highest standards of service.
• Ensure each guest receives a customized experience based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a calm and soothing environment that promotes relaxation and well-being.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper sanitization and hygiene practices between treatments.
• Keep treatment areas organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Stay on schedule to ensure timely service for all guests.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications :

• NY state license in Massage Therapy or Esthetics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with spa treatments.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
