Position Overview :

IronRoad is conducting a search for our Columbus, Ohio client, Revive Environmental Technology for a talented and motivated Project Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a Project Manager that will bring their skill, experience, and great vibe as they drive customer commitments and build out a company execution process to scale with continued growth.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage customer orders from time of sale to completion of the project. This role interfaces directly with the Operations team to deliver this service while taking direction and owning the customer experience.

Our client has opportunities to put in place processes to drive consistency, productivity, and clear alignment across multiple functions.

This role has the leadership opportunity to design, build, and implement those critical practices into the business operation.

This leadership includes aligning requirements around internal and external resources.

This position works with urgency and transparency in responding to the needs of customers and internal teams to execute the work of waste disposal as a service.

Strong alignment with Operations and Commercial Sales teams is required, as well as coordinating with Finance and customer reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute Projects : Develop project plans and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget, while taking customer requirements into account.
  • Customer Success Planning : Create and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, and monitor project progress and identify areas of risk or opportunity.

Ensure that project deliverables are met and implement and monitor quality assurance processes to improve customer satisfaction outcomes.

  • Forecasting : Collaborate with Commercial Sales and Operations teams to develop project forecasts.
  • Organization Alignment : Manage stakeholders, provide periodic updates, and identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Design, Build, and Implement Processes : As required by project, be a change agent within Revive to help build out and optimize key work processes and procedures to accelerate customer performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process optimization.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree preferred but not required in engineering, science or business administration, or related fields.
  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in project management in waste management, environmental services, water treatment or related industries.
  • Project Management : Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Office Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office and project management software, including CRM software.
  • Collaborative Nature : Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Judgment and Decisioning Skills : Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a bias to action and a track record of learning from mistakes / opportunities.
  • Curious Learner : Actively engage inside and outside Revive to develop knowledge of products, services, and industry to develop the best content and messaging.
  • Ambitious self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations and field sites across the continental US.
  • Able to drive on behalf of company business when required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or naturalized Green Card holder, as defined by U.S. export control laws.

Position - Full-Time

Salary - $80,000 - $110,000 per year - Based on your skill & experience and determined by the hiring manager.
