The Hillsboro Club, an exclusive oceanfront private residence club in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to support the operations of the Front Desk Department at our gorgeous property.
This position will be responsible for handling all member inquiries, making reservations, and assisting with any needs or concerns during their stay.
They will also be responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
We are looking for someone who is respectful, friendly, reliable and is passionate about working in hospitality.
The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.
This is a seasonal part-time, hourly position with competitive compensation paid biweekly.

General Requirements :
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurate.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or concerns they may have during their stay.
- Manage reservations and make sure all guest information is up to date.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide information and recommendations to guests about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Uphold the highest standard of customer service and represent the club in a positive manner at all times.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other computer systems.
- Knowledge of reservation software (e.g.
Opera, Maestro) is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
