Job Description

Responsibilities

Learn and understand KE's mission, brand voice, company goals, and core values.

Assist with content creation for social media, web, video, and print.

Support campaign execution and track performance across marketing channels.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Help plan and coordinate events, both internal and external.

Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Provide general support to the marketing team, including administrative tasks.

Contribute creative ideas and feedback in team meetings.

Follow KE's safety policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Strong interest in marketing and brand storytelling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related bachelor's / master's program.

Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay Range :

$18.00 - $25.00 / Hour DOE
