Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist with strong leadership skills to join our home infusion pharmacy team in Horsham, PA.
This direct hire position requires a candidate with extensive experience in both infusion and management, ready to take charge of a small, focused team.
The pharmacist will oversee the preparation and dispensing of IVmedications while ensuring pliance with state regulations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with a passion for patient care and a proven track record in managing infusion pharmacy operations.
Site Details :
- Operating Hours : Monday - Friday (No weekends)
- Team : Oversee 8 employees focused on IVdispensing / mixing
- Software : CPR+
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily operations of the infusion pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the preparation and dispensing of IVand other sterile pounds.
- Ensure pliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in both PA and WV.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to pharmacy staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and outes.
Requirements :
- PharmD required.
- PA and WV pharmacist licenses in good standing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of home infusion experience.
- At least 3 years of prior management experience, preferably in an infusion pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency with CPR+ software.
