Key Responsibilities
Verify callers' information to connect them with appropriate insurance providers
Provide customer support through scripted, fast-paced phone calls
Encourage customers to engage with licensed insurance agents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must reside in the United States (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
Successful completion of a background check
Personal computer with Windows 11 operating system
Wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets not accepted)
Broadband internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed
