Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – Virginia Beach, VA

Clinic-Based & In-Home | Full-Time | $21.50–$26.00 / hr | Monday–Friday, 12 : 00 PM–6 : 00 PM

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) help children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

We’re seeking a dedicated RBT to provide therapy in both our Virginia Beach clinic and local in-home settings. This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 12 : 00 PM–6 : 00 PM) ideal for someone who values teamwork, consistency, and making a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic and home environments
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect and record accurate data using digital tools
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and families to support skill development
  • Maintain professional communication and uphold AutismCOE’s high standards of care

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication, organization, and data documentation skills
