Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for supporting a thriving team? Prime Aesthetics Group is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic organization.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment law.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all payroll functions, including input, analysis, and reconciliation of timekeeping, new hires, terminations, salary changes, promotions, deductions and incentive payouts.
  • Management of time and attendance process and system maintenance of time off policies.
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Handles all administrative tasks for employee onboarding and offboarding, including data entry ADP TotalSource and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave;
  • disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale;

occupational health and safety; and training and development.

  • Management of monthly benefit reconciliation and bi-weekly FSA / HSA funding.
  • Responds to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring to complex and / or sensitive matters.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Oversees the employee onboarding and benefits enrollment processes, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.

This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure and certifications.

  • Manage the Family Medical Leave and other leave of absence processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At minimum of three years related human resources experience required.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP highly desired.
  • Previous experience processing payroll in ADP TotalSource preferred.
  • Multi-state healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience working with California employment law required.
