We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our growing team. Competitive wages that reflect your skills and experience - Starting at $20-$22 / hr.
Wage increase based on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to service calls and efficiently perform quality drain cleaning service.
- Diagnose problems and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and operate service equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Explain to clients what services are necessary and provide cost estimates.
- Perform routine inspection of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not necessary.
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (CDL a plus).
- Must be capable of physical demands such as lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
