Location : California, Florida, Richmond, VA, Washington D.C, Grand Haven, MI, Northern Maryland (must be located in one of these areas)

What You Will Be Doing
We are searching for a dependable, hardworking individual to join and drive sales revenue while encouraging customer growth in your city!
What You Need for this position :
- Manufacturer, Distribution, or Construction product sales experience
- Experience in contract negotiation (B2B Sales)
- Manufacturer to Builder negotiation experience with Single Family homes
- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Excel
- A valid driver's license
Nice to haves :
- Experience with Single family builds - Territory Project management
- Proven track record of recent sales / revenues
- Large Volume negotiations 100+ homes is a huge plus
- An expert in at least 1 product sales category - Roofing, Flooring, Concrete etc.
