Progressive Machining Co. is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to operate Haas CNC. The machinist will setup and operate machinery for various jobs.

Requirements : Responsibilities

• Setup and program machinery
• Identify material to be cut
• Accurately read a tape measure and customer's drawings
• Lift and move heavy objects (50lb+)
• Use grinder to grind edges of material
• Inspect cut products ensuring the accuracy
• Maintain equipment
• Keep work area clean
• Work efficiently and safely to ensure jobs are completed meeting deadlines
• Assist co-workers when needed and be a team player
• Perform other reasonable tasks when necessary as requested by supervisors
• The responsibilities are not limited to this list
