Seeking an Assistant Project Manager responsible for delivering quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction in (K-12 Construction) .

Responsibilities :
As an Assistant Project Manager , your primary responsibilities include :
- Assist with negotiations, scopes of work, change orders, submittals and RFIs.
- Help manage construction drawings, specifications and related documents.
- Build strong client / owner relationships and support business development efforts.
Qualifications :
- Passion for construction and our industry
- Substantial experience in commercial / (K-12) construction $10-$40m
- 3 years substantial experience in commercial / (K-12) construction
