Pay Range : $43.00 - $47.00 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for hardware and software issues, including in-house and COTS applications.
- Efficiently assess, triage, and escalate tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Develop, review, and update technical documentation and procedures, contributing to the knowledge base.
- Coordinate and assist in workstation deployment and equipment refresh plans in collaboration with business lines.
- Engage with IT Training Department to support and enhance hardware / software knowledge among users.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 2+ years of experience in IT support with a preference for those who have supported C-level executives.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work onsite Mon-Fri in San Francisco, with a dedicated approach to delivering VIP level support.
- Strong expertise in both hardware and software support.
- Proven ability for efficient communication and documentation.
