About The Position
Job Title : Radiology Technologist Job Specialty : X-Ray Technician Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 30 - 16 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years in specialty, OR experience required, Level 1 trauma experience preferred License : Compact or State License (required at submission) Certifications : BLS, ARRT, KBMIRT Must-Have : OR, ER, and Ports experience Job Description : Seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist with a history in Operating Room (OR), Emergency Room (ER), and Ports.
- A background in Level 1 trauma centers covering all age groups is preferred.- Call duty is required with a response time of one hour.
- Weekend shifts are required.- Candidates should be prepared to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.
- A history of compliance with clean licensure and background checks is essential.- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are mandatory, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only.
- Call Policy : Response time is one hour. Weekday call hours are 8 PM to 6 AM. Weekends are divided into two shifts : 6 AM-6 PM or 6 PM-6 AM.
- Floating Requirements : Patients will be transferred to the main PACU for completion of recovery if PACU closes after 8 PM.
- Call Frequency : Expected to be on call 2-3 shifts per schedule period (6 weeks).- Please confirm if there has been any prior employment at this facility to check rehire eligibility.
