Contract Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in contractual law with specific familiarity with international regulations such as GDPR. This role involves providing contractual advice, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various business units within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including but not limited to Master Services Agreements, NDAs, and / or partner contracts (resellers, referrers, intermediaries).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review standard terms to reflect business and regulatory changes;
• Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal risks and provide solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on commercial and contractual matters to internal teams including Sales, Product, and Delivery.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of contract templates and provide training in contracting practices.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00 / hr.
