Ensure a smooth handoff to the service delivery team during the transition from from pre-sales to onboarding Documentation Provide excellent customer service Have Fun Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, firewalls, and backup solutions). Tier 3 Advanced Support Skills AD management, Server upgrades, MS Exchange support O365, Azure, VMware, SQL, DNS, DHCP, etc. ConnectWise RMM, PSA, CPQ Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools (EDR, MFA, security audits) Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 2 years or more experience in managed services Stability and proven success in current and previous position(s) Customer first mindset
