This position is available in Charlotte or Raleigh locations.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead teams creating Safe, Creative and Sustainable communities through management planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel for water and wastewater facilities.

What You Will Be Doing :

This role will have a focus on our water / wastewater market. As a Project Manager you own planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management.

You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner.

What We Are Looking For :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field from an accredited college program.

Master's degree in Civil Engineering strongly preferred

  • Registered as a Professional Professional Engineer
  • 15+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with water / wastewater or industrial infrastructure
  • Experience with client relationship management and business development
  • Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience conducting community meetings and communication
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Possesses excellent time management skills
