Zion's REO Specialists Inc. is in Coral Springs. Zions REO has provided a diverse range of Commercial Facility Maintenance services in South Florida for over 6 years.

Must have reliable transportation, be eligible to work in the US, and speak English. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, and a current valid driver's license.
Position : Full-Time
Pay : Will be discussed, based on the level of experience
Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
Able to provide documentation of valid work status in the US
Maintain company standards for background checks (Criminal record, driving record, and controlled substance / drug testing)
Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
Carry out simple arithmetic functions
Maintain proper safety required for each job
Ability to use Smartphone applications
Adjust to changing work schedule
Ability to work safely under extreme weather conditions (heat and precipitation)
Noise level may be loud at times and use of ear plugs may be required (e.g., outdoor conditions, backpack blowers, running mowers, weedwhackers)
Able to bend and kneel up to 9 hours or more per day
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate hand / power tools
Skills Required :
Minimum 1-year prior experience
Landscape maintenance (trees, shrubbery, flowering plants, mulch beds)
Weed control / mowing experience
Mowing turf using various mowers
Edge grass at curbs and walkways
Blow leaves and clippings
Prune shrubs and trees as needed and clear debris
Pull weeds as needed
Clean the site and watch for trash, limbs, and rocks
Unload equipment from trucks / trailers
Wash equipment and truck
Change equipment blades and oil
Clean air filters
Roadway maintenance experience / MOT Certifications (+ but not mandatory)
A clean driving record is essential
Commercial pressure cleaning experience, including having pulled a pressure-cleaning trailer
Work in a fast-paced environment
Load and affix pressure washing equipment to a truck
Able to use a hand saw
