Piper Companies is seeking a Systems Analyst to join an enterprise company located in Dallas, TX . This role is a long term contract for a financial investment firm.
Responsibilities of the Systems Analyst
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support business planning
- Analyze new sets of data and generate meaningful trends.
- Develop consumer behavior study, business proposals, etc.
- Conceptualizing, developing, and implementing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the various projects / applications that the team undertakes
- Creating visualization and data representation models using modern visualization techniques
- Help the team to convert concepts into prototypes.
- 3-5 years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
- Proven experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
- Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general
- Solid understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools
- Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON and APIs
Qualifications of the Systems Analyst
- 5+ years of experience
- Preference coming from FinTech and advanced working with REST, SOAP, JSON and APIs
- Bachelors Degree or Technical College Degree
