Technical Management Group Ltd. (TMG) offers end-to-end consulting services for the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. We drive strategy, execution, and oversight to ensure project success, from concept to close-out. TMG provides expert support for owners' teams, study development and planning, execution readiness, and project execution. Our services also include due diligence, third-party reviews, and certified safety leadership for compliance and culture. We offer operational consulting, risk management, and asset optimization to ensure reliable and efficient project outcomes.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Lexington, KY for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing environmental health and safety programs, conducting accident investigations, and providing occupational health guidance. The EHS Manager will also lead training sessions to ensure compliance and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans, procedures, and policies.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and audits; report findings and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Provide induction and ongoing safety training for site personnel, contractors, and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and national HSE laws and standards.
  • Lead incident investigations and prepare reports including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Maintain and update all required safety records, permits, and documentation.
  • Promote safety awareness and support the development of a positive HSE culture on-site.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health
  • Experience in Accident Investigation
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Relevant certifications in safety and health management
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
  • CHST or CSP preferred
  • Healthcare Construction experience a plus
