We are a busy boutique law firm, looking for an individual that can assist us in pre-litigation matters. This would be helping potential client gather information, help schedule inspections, organize and open files, answer phone calls, clerical matters.
The ideal candidate would speak and write English and Spanish fluently. Be organized, responsible, timely, be a fast learner, be communicable, a great multi-tasker and is willing to help wherever is needed.
This is an in office position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, there is no work from home options, responsible transportation is a must.
